Kelly Gundersen (Contract Attorney)

Kelly works with attorneys who represent employees in class and collective actions concerning wage and hour violations under federal and state laws. Kelly joined NKA in November 2009 as a law clerk and became a contract attorney in December 2009. During law school Kelly worked as a law clerk in the Appeals Division of the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and as a research assistant to one of her professors. She also served as a senior editor of the University of St. Thomas law review, Fides et Iustitia, and was presented with Dean’s awards for receiving the highest grade in both her first and second year legal writing courses. Kelly also served as a committee chair for the Women Law Student Association and participated in a mentor externship program.
