Megan I. Brennan

Megan I. BrennanMegan's unique educational background in psychology, dispute resolution and the law has made her a compassionate person, skilled negotiator, and zealous advocate for her clients. Before joining NKA in March 2009, Megan practiced at a large private practice firm in Minneapolis where she was a productive team player on various complex class actions and civil litigation matters. Currently, Megan represents employees in both individual and class cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of contract claims. She also works on wage and hour collective actions.

During law school, Megan served as an Associate on the Hamline Law Review and externed for the Honorable Michael J. Davis, United States District Court, District of Minnesota. Additionally, Megan’s persuasive oral advocacy skills earned her the title of Best Oralist in her first year class, Quarter-Finalist in the National Moot Court Regional Competition and a position on the William Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team, which competed in Vienna, Austria. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School coaching the Duberstein Moot Court Team.
