Robert L. Schug
Robert uses passion, creativity, and a tireless work ethic to achieve successful results for his clients. He has helped represent employees in state and federal court to resolve employment issues in a wide range of areas, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, claims for unpaid commissions, whistleblower claims, and claims for unpaid wages.
Robert is a member of NKA's National Wage and Hour Litigation Team, where he represents current and former employees in multi-plaintiff collective and class actions involving wage and hour violations under federal and state laws.
Robert is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California. During law school, he served as an Executive Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review.
