Rebekah Bailey

With strong conviction and passion for employment law, Rebekah vigorously advocates for her clients' rights. As a member of NKA's National Wage and Hour Litigation Team, Rebekah primarily handles multi-Plaintiff collective and class action cases, dealing with violations of both state and federal wage and hour claims. She handles individual employment cases as well, mainly those dealing with disability discrimination and sexual harassment.

Recognizing, early on, her fervor for plaintiff employment litigation, Rebekah first joined Nichols Kaster, PLLP as a law clerk, while in her second year of law school at the University of Minnesota. Also while in school, Rebekah concentrated in Labor and Employment law and was a member of the Student Employment and Labor Law Association.

Prior to law school, she volunteered as clerk at the Michigan Migrant Legal Assistance Project, a non-profit law firm providing legal services for undocumented migrant farm workers, focusing on wage and hour and landlord/tenant disputes.
