Tim C. Selander
Tim began his career at NKA in 2002 as a Class Action Clerk and worked on several large FLSA overtime cases. From 2003 to 2006 Tim attended William Mitchell College of Law and clerked for Jim Kaster, working primarily on whistleblower, Sarbanes-Oxley, and sexual harassment cases. Since becoming an Associate in September 2006 Tim has represented thousands of plaintiffs in their claims for unpaid overtime and minimum wages as a member of NKA's Wage and Hour Litigation Team. In April 2007 Tim was sworn in to the Florida Bar.
Tim is also an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
