Dana Nelson

Dana Nelson began his employment with Nichols Kaster, PLLP in 2005 as a class action clerk. Throughout his employment, Dana has worked on a wide variety of collective action cases involving overtime pay. Dana is currently a member of the firm's Business Development Group. He is involved in researching and investigating new areas of employment law, actively indentifying and marketing to potential cases.
Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Dana attended Winona State University. While at Winona State University, he earned a B.A. in Law and Society as well as a minor in Political Science. He was also involved with the Law and Society Association and was a volunteer for the 2004 presidential campaign in Winona County.
