Michele R. Fisher

Michele Fisher is a partner at NKA, and as a thorough and dedicated trial attorney, has successfully tried cases in state and federal court and arbitration.

Michele has extensive experience representing employees in a variety of employment issues including employment discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, and contract disputes. Michele’s practice includes numerous multi-plaintiff class and collective actions involving wage and hour issues such as failure to pay overtime and minimum wage, failure to pay commissions, and violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Michele has also represented consumers in cases involving negligent and fraudulent financial advice. Michele has been instrumental in obtaining millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.

Michele is a frequent lecturer nationally on employment topics such as wage and hour issues, sexual harassment, and electronic discovery.
