Donald H. Nichols
Having founded what is now known as Nichols Kaster, PLLP in 1974, Don Nichols has over 35 years of experience in the practice of law. Don is committed to his client’s best interests at any cost. He is relentless and willing to take risks in pushing the limits of the law to achieve remarkable results for his clients. His successes have earned him the respect of the legal community, evidenced by his fellowship in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers; and certification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy; highly selective honors bestowed upon an elite group of lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose legal careers uphold the highest professional standards.
Don is MSBA Certified Trial Specialist and has tried over 100 cases to verdict. He has litigated close to fifty overtime and minimum wage class and collective actions on behalf of thousands of clients, and has obtained over $50 million dollars for those clients.
Don’s national reputation has given him the opportunity to lecture at over 100 seminars involving a myriad of legal topics, including electronic discovery, class action litigation strategies, wage and hour litigation, and recent developments in the law.
